3 tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup (250 ml) milk (dairy or any plant-based alternative: almond, oat, soy, coconut, etc.)

1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, but adds a lovely flavour)

Anweisungen

In a jar or bowl, whisk together the milk, sweetener, and vanilla (if using).

Add the chia seeds, and stir well to combine.

Let sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, until thickened to a pudding-like consistency.
