THAI LAMB MEATBALLS

500g lamb mince 2 tbsp red curry paste 1 tbsp fish sauce 120ml coconut milk 3 kaffir lime leaves, very finely chopped 50g breadcrumbs

Anweisungen

1 Preheat the even to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4. Place the lamb mince in a large bowl and add the red curry paste, fish sauce, coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves and 30g of the breadcrumbs. Mix with clean hands until thoroughly combined. Spread the remaining breadcrumbs over a shallow tray. 2 Shape level tablespoons of the lamb mixture into balls and roll in the breadcrumbs to coat.

3 Place the meatballs onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes turning halfway through, until browned and cooked through. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
