DESSERT Chocolate Peanut Butter Haystacks

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup creamy peanut butter

4 cups chow mein noodles

1 cup salted peanuts

Anweisungen

  1. Line a baking tray with wax paper.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butterscotch chips and peanut butter.

  3. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.

  4. melt chocolate separately via microwave using same method.

  5. add the chore main noodles and salted peanuts to the melted mixture, stirring until everything is well coated.

  6. drop spoonfuls of the mixture on to the prepared wax paper. Drizzle chocolate on top.

  7. Allow the haystacks to cool and set firm. About 30 minutes to an hour.
