I am not sure the weather got the memo, but we are trying to embrace cozy season so let’s make some shoulder seasons cocktails. It’s still hot out there, but if you are wanting to dive into fall flavors like me this cocktail is the perfect in between drink to mix up for happy hour.

APPLE-rol Spritz

4 oz sparkling wine

2 oz Aperol

1 1/2 oz apple cider*

1/2 oz fall spiced syrup

squeeze of lemon juice

garnish: apple slice, thyme, cinnamon stick

Anweisungen

Combine all in a glass with ice. Stir & garnish.

Apple cider can mean a few things but in this case it's non-alcoholic, unfiltered apple juice.
