Chocolate Sauce

5 oz chocolate, finely chopped

1/2 c milk

1/2 oz butter

1/4 vanilla

tiny pinch salt

Warm the milk.

Place chopped chocolate over double boiler and add warm milk.

Whisk over low heat until melted.

Whisk in other ingredients until smooth.

This should all be done kind of fast.
