Gorganzola Sauce for Gnocchi

Zutaten

2.5 lbs gorganzola cheese

3 c milk

5 c cream

3 tbsp butter

3 c grated parmesan cheese

salt & pepper to taste

Anweisungen

Put gorganzola, milk, butter & salt in pot.

Turn heat to low.

Stir with wooden spoon, mashing the cheese. Cook 2 minutes until sauce is thick, creamy.

Add cream & stir until it is reduced & thickened.

Stir in parmesan & mix with whatever pasta or gnocchi you are using.
