Orange Chicken

3 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 c oj
1/3 c brown sugar
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp grated ginger root
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 green onion, chopped
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 c water
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp sesame oil
Anweisungen
Combine soy, oj, vinegar & zest. Set aside.
Stir fry ginger root, onion and garlic for a few seconds. Add soy, oj, vinegar & zest.
Add cooked chicken.
Chicken - dip pieces in egg, dredge in mixture of pepper, salt, corn starch (1/4 c) and flour (1/8 c). Fry.
