Mini Apple Pie Cookies

Zutaten

1 pie crust sheet

apple filling:

2 apples (peeled and chopped into small cubes)

4 tbsp salted butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

2tbsp lemon juice

Anweisungen

combine the above ingredients in a pan over medium heat till the butter and sugar melt.

combine 1/2 tsp corn starch and 3tsp water and add to your apple mixture to thicken up the sauce

make your apple pies and do an egg wash with 1 whisked egg

bake at 350 for 15-20 until golden brown
