- 2 eggs 
- 40g feta 
- 1/3 cup greek yoghurt 
- 2 tsp bagel seasoning 
- Dill to taste 
- 2 asparagus spears, cut into chunks 
You can substitute yoghurt for dairy milk if you prefer, this will provide approx. 27g of protein per serve.
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 170c. 
- Place, eggs, yoghurt, and bagel seasoning into a bowl and beat together. 
- Add yoghurt and dill and combine again. 
- Poor frittata mixture into a small, baking dish or divided among muffin pans. 
- Add chunks of asparagus into your frittata. Place onto a baking tray to catch potential overflow while cooking. 
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centre is set. If you divide mixture among muffin pans, reduce your cooking time as these will cook faster.
