You may not be able to just eat one of these cookies. The carrot combined with chocolate chips is such an amazing flavor combo 🤌🏻

They are soft, chewy, and sooo simple to make!

CARROT CAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 🥕 🍪

Here’s how 👩🏼🍳

1 ripe banana, mashed

1/4 cup nut butter of choice

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

optional: flaky sea salt

Anweisungen

In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, nut butter and spices

Stir in oats, walnuts and shredded carrots

Fold in chocolate chips

Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten (I made 6 cookies)

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 400F

Remove from oven and add flaky sea salt, if desired
