HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN

Zutaten

4 chicken half-breasts (I prefer skinless, and boneless)

1/3 cup butter, melted

1/3 cup honey

2 Tbs mustard

1/4 tsp salt

Anweisungen

Place chicken in shallow baking pan. In à small bowl, combine butter, honey, mustard and salt and whisk well. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Notizen

Mom's Notes: Excellent served over rice. I used only two chicken breasts, but the same amounts for the sauce and ended up with lots.of sauce for the rice.
