Banana Chia Pudding

1 mashed ripe banana

1 ¼ cups full fat or light unsweetened canned coconut milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (- You can add more, use less or omit it based on sweetness preference.)

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 pinch salt

4 tablespoons chia seeds

Anweisungen

Mash a ripe banana well in a bowl.

Next, add coconut milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt and chia seeds to the bowl.

Whisk very well with a fork or a whisk.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.

Then, give it one more mix before serving with your favorite toppings.
