Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

2 tbsp olive oil divided use
2 pork tenderloins approx. 2 1/4 lbs total
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp italian seasoning
1 c chicken broth
1/4 c soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Anweisungen
Prep time 10 minutes
Cook time 4 hours
Servings 6
Heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat. Season pork all over with salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Cut pieces in 1 inch pieces.
Sear the pork 5-6 minutes per side. Place pork in slow cooker.
Mix together remaining tbsp of oil, chicken broth, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic.
Pour sauce over pork.
Cover and cook low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
