so backstory: I made a chicken satay loaded spuds the other night (recipe pending👀) and only used half of a tin of coconut milk for it - but instead of wasting the other half, I thought I’d mix it with the chia seeds and hope for the best. BEST DECISION EVER 😭😭
It was only until I went to create this that I realised high protein coconut yoghurts are basically non-existent??? so I accidentally created my own without even trying hehe I friggen LOVE that this is how my brain works!!!!!
