Tropical Hawaiian Chicken on a Sheet Pan

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1/2 red onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ground ginger, chili flakes if using, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken breasts on a sheet pan and pour the marinade over them, coating evenly. Arrange pineapple chunks, bell pepper slices, and red onion slices around the chicken.

Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender and slightly caramelized.
