15 Minute Stir-fry

Zutaten

Egg noodles

Spring onion (Roughly Chopped)

1 Onion (Roughly Chopped)

Tenderstem Broccoli

2 Chicken Breast

1tsp Minced Garlic

For The Sauce:

30ml Dark Soy Sauce

30ml Light Soy Sauce

1tbsp Sriracha

1tbsp Hoisin Sauce

1tbsp Honey

1tsp Minced Garlic

30ml Water

Anweisungen

Make the sauce by mixing together the ingredients listed.

cook the chicken in hot oil, season with salt and pepper then set aside.

Stir-fry the onion, spring onion, broccoli and garlic for 2 minites.

Add back the chicken and pour over the sauce. cook for another 2 minutes.

Add in the noodles and mix well. Allow the sauce to thicken.
