Winter Blanket

2 oz Bourbon

¾ oz Licor 43

½ oz Herbal Bittersweet liqueur

3-4 dashes Aromatic bitters

3 parts Heavy cream

1 part Licor 43 Cream Brûlée

Coarse sea salt

Anweisungen

Combine cocktail ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Combine heavy cream with liqueur and whip together until slightly thickened (cream should still be pourable). Carefully pour over the back of a spoon to add a thin layer to the top of the drink. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
