3 Minute Chicken Noodles

Zutaten

2 cups chicken stock

1/2 carrot, grated

1/2 zucchini, grated

75g Chang's Long life noodles

250g Chicken breast, cooked & shredded

Anweisungen

1. Add broth to a medium sized saucepan.

2. Turn up to high heat and add in the grated vegetables, stir

3. Then add in a block of the noodles.

4. Allow to boil for 1 minute. Then using your fork, gently stir to break up the noodles.

5. Boil for another minute, and stir again to ensure noodle block is fully broken up.

6. Season with salt & pepper, and boil for 1 more minute.

7. Use a ladle to serve into bowls. Allow to cool slightly before eating.
