Vanilla Birthday Cake

1 15.25 oz vanilla cake mix

1 3.4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding

1 cup sour cream

1 cup canola oil

4 eggs beaten

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

FROSTING:

8 oz cream cheese softened

1 3.4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding

1 1/2 cups milk

Cool whip

Anweisungen

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, add eggs beat well. Mix together all the ingredients.

Pour batter into a buttered and floured cake pan

I used two 9-inch cake pans

For cooking time, use the cooking times on the back of the cake box as a guide and add about 10 minutes to that. Check for doneness using a tooth pick.)

FROSTING:

Beat together the cream cheese, milk, and vanilla.

Spread 1/2 pudding mixture on top of the first cake, place second cake on top. Spread the rest of the pudding mixture on top. Spread cool whip on top of that.
