No Bake Shepherd's Pie

Zutaten

• 2 pounds ground beef

• 1 package country gravy

• 1 can of corn

• Instant mashed potatoes

Anweisungen

1. Make the country gravy according to package directions.

2. Brown the beef and drain the excess oil.

3. To the pan with the beef, add your corn and gravy mix. Heat over medium-high heat until gravy is thick (no soupy gravy). Cover the pan with a lid and turn off the heat.

4. Prepare the instant potatoes according to the package directions.

5. In the skillet with the beef, add the mashed potatoes on top and spread carefully to cover.
