Crispy Tuscan Chicken Thighs with Creamy Orzo

8 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs

1 1/2 cups orzo pasta

3 cups chicken stock

3/4 cup heavy cream

4 garlic cloves, minced

3 Cups of Spinach

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon Collected foods Tuscan Blend

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Anweisungen

Sear 8 skin-on chicken thighs (skin side down) in olive oil for 6-8 mins until crispy. While searing, season the flesh side with 1 tbsp Collected Foods Tuscan Blend. Flip and cook 5 mins. Remove chicken.

Sauté 4 minced garlic cloves in butter, toast 1.5 cups orzo, then add 3 cups chicken stock & 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

Simmer until tender.

3. Stir in 3/4 cup cream & 3/4 cup Parmesan and Spinach and let cook until liquid is mostly soaked up in Orzo. Nestle chicken back in.

Garnish with parsley.
