Viral Healthy Brownie Balls (Gluten Free, High Protein)

1 ½ cups dates (pitted)
2 tbsp almond flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop protein powder (any flavor)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp nut butter of choice (any nut/seed butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 heaping tsp coconut oil
flakey sea salt (for topping)
Anweisungen
Add all brownie ball ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until fully combined. The mixture will be a crumbly/sand-like texture - that's what we're looking for! (If dough is too sticky, add a little more protein powder or almond flour, if it's too dry add more nut butter or honey)
Roll dough into balls (makes 8-10 large or 20 smaller) and set on a parchment paper lined tray or plate.
Set in the freezer while you melt your chocolate for the coating.
Add chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 30 sec., stir, and repeat until fully melted.
Dip each brownie ball into the melted chocolate. Top with sea salt and set back onto the lined tray/plate.
Set back in the freezer until chocolate hardens, about 15-20 min.
Once fully set, enjoy!
