Miso Udon Soup

Recipe:
4 oz fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
3 cups water
1 tsp instant dashi
1 block frozen udon noodles
1 baby bok choy
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tsp sesame oil
2 scallions, chopped
Anweisungen
Heat wok add oil and stir fry mushrooms until brown.
Add ginger, garlic and scallion whites, avoid burning them.
Add water and instant dashi and bring to a boil.
Add soy sauce, udon noodles and bok choy and cook for one minute.
Turn off the heat and stir in miso paste.
Top with sesame oil and scallion greens.
Super easy recipe with tons of umami flavor.
