8 oz Feta Cucumber Tzatziki Dip
8 oz Hummus
10 oz Shawarma Seasoned Chicken (Hungry Root)
4 Whole Grain Pita Pockets (Atoria’s Family Bakery)
4 oz Grape Tomatoes
7 oz Rainbow Veggie Mix (shredded kale, carrot, and red cabbage)
Anweisungen
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook 1 package of veggie mix with salt/pep 3-5 min until tender; set aside
Heat a large skillet over med-high, pour 2 packages of chicken + juice into pan, break up chicken with wooden spoon, heat 2 min, flip + cook 2-3 min more until warmed + browned.
Quarter grape tomatoes
Toast 4 pitas until warm + golden; slice pitas in half
Spread each half with 1 tbsp sauce and 1 tbsp hummus then divide tomatoes + chicken among pitas
