High Protein Monster Cookie Dip

1 cup greek yogurt (or dairy free alternative of choice) — vanilla or plain will work! Use a coconut yogurt alternative for a dairy free option*

1/2 cup all natural peanut butter (Or sunflower seed butter for a nut free option— cashew or almond butter will also work)

4 tbsp maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

4 tbsp of vanilla or chocolate protein powder of choice (I used @lovesweatfitness to keep it vegan)

Dash or almond or cashew milk to thin if needed* optional

4 tbsp of mini M&Ms plus a few more for topping

Anweisungen

Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl! Serve with fruit, rice cakes, graham crackers, animal cracker, Oreos, etc! Store in the fridge & enjoy!✨
