blend: 10 garlic, 1 onion, 6 spring onion whites, 1/2c water, thumb sized ginger, small Korean pearl slice (optional), 1/2c soy sauce, 1/4c sugar or honey, 1/4c mirin
top with toppings of choice! I used onions, pepper, sesame seeds
When you cook your bulgogi, top with sesame oil! ❤️
