Fattoush Salad Dressing

1 tbs vinegar or Apple cider vinegar
1 tbs pomegranate molasses
1 ½ tbs salt
1 ½ tbs dried mint
1 ½ tbs zaatar
1 tbs sumac
1 garlic clove, grated or finely chopped
Blend everything in a jar with immersion blender
