6-8 Large Onions sliced
2-3 tablespoons Fresh Sage chopped
3 Slices White Bread crusts off

Turkey or chicken stock
Butter and sunflower oil to fry onions
Extra butter
Anweisungen
Fry onions gently until soft and then turn up the heat and brown them off
Make bread into crumbs in food processor
Stir chopped sage and breadcrumbs into onions
Stir in 4-6 tbsp of stock to loosen the mixture
Turn into oven proof buttered dish and blob some butter on the top
Bake 30-40 mins in hot oven til a brown on top
Can be made in advance and frozen
Can also be cooked earlier in the day and reheated in microwave
