15 ml Mezcal

15 ml Yellow Chartreuse

15 ml Peach Liqueur

15 ml Lime Juice

Method: Shake

Glassware: Chilled Nick & Nora or coupe

Garnish: Orange zest

Coming back to this Clergyman’s Lapse from @diffordsguide. This drink brings together so many things I enjoy: a touch of smoke from the mezcal, a gin I still appreciate, and the herbal depth of yellow chartreuse. Simple, balanced, and very much my style.
