Zesty Lemon Butter Fish Fillets – Quick Recipe

4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or haddock)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 garlic cloves (minced)
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Season fish fillets with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add fish fillets; cook 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and flaky.
Drizzle lemon juice and zest over fish during the last minute of cooking.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
