"UN-APPLE PIE"

Zutaten

"No one will ever guess!!"

Filling:

§ cups peeled, sliced, zucchini (remove seeds)

2/3 cup lemon juice

1 cup sugar

¼ t. nutmeg

½ t. cinnamon

⅐ t. salt

Boil together until tender.

Crust:

4 cups flour

2 cups sugar

3 sticks margarine

½ t. salt

Mix together. Stir 2/3 cup crust mixture into filling. Divide remaining crust mixture in hafl. Press one portion into jellyroll pan.

Bake 10 minutes at 350°

Press filling onto baked crust top.

Top with remaining crust. Bake at 350° for

35-40 minutes.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
