Mississippi Pot Roast

3-4 lb chuck roast
1 Packet ranch seasoning mix
1 Packet au jus gravy mix
Cut up potatoes
Cut up carrots
1 large onion cut up
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
5-8 pepperoncini peppers
Anweisungen
1. Place vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Place the chuck roast on top. No need to cut or terim much. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water.
2. Season roast with ranch packet and au jus packet evenly over the top of the roast.
3. Put stick of butter directly on the roast. Add pepperoncini peppers around and on the roast. Optional: pour 1-2 tablespoons of pepper juice.
4. Slow cook for at least 8 hours. Once its fall apart tender, shred it with two forks and mix the meat in with the juices.
