Tuna slices

A little sesame oil

Rice papers

Soy sauce

Finely sliced cucumbers

Chopped green onions

Coriander leaves

Thai basil leaves

Toasted sesame seeds

Anweisungen

Spread the tuna slices with a little sesame oil, place on a boiling pan for a few seconds on each side.

Mix 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of soy in a tray, dip a rice paper in the soy water for a few seconds and place on a board.

Place cucumbers, green onions, cilantro, Thai basil and a piece of tuna on the rice paper .

Fold the bottom of the rice paper over the tuna slice, fold both sides to the center and roll.

Coat with toasted sesame seeds, cut in half.
