Scalloped Potatoes with Portuguese Sausage

Zutaten

1 Pkg (10oz) Portuguese Sausage

6 Medium Potatoes

1 Large Onion, Chopped

1 tsp Salt

1 can (10.75oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup

1/4 cup water

Anweisungen

Grease an 8" Baking Dish

Chop Portuguese Sausage

Cut Potatoes in to 1/2" slices and put in to baking dish

Sprinkle Sausage, Onion and salt over potatoes

Combine Soup and water, pour over all.

Cover and bake in oven at 375 for 1 hour

Makes 6 servings
