🍵 Matcha Hemp & Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients (1–2 servings)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup milk (almond, oat, soy, or coconut all work great)
1–1½ tsp matcha powder (adjust to taste — use ceremonial grade if possible)
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings:
Fresh mango or strawberries 🍓
Shredded coconut
Granola or crushed pistachios
A dollop of yogurt or coconut cream

Instructions
Mix matcha slurry:
In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with 2–3 tbsp warm water until smooth and no lumps remain.
Combine:
In a jar or bowl, mix the matcha slurry, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Then stir in chia and hemp seeds.
Stir & chill:
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Serve:
Stir before eating, top with your favorite add-ons, and enjoy your green superfood pudding!

Tips
Want it creamier? Blend everything before chilling.
Add ½ banana or a spoon of yogurt before blending for a naturally sweet, mousse-like texture.
For a “latte-style” twist, layer with coconut yogurt and top with extra matcha dust.
