Healthy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Loaf

What you need:

1.75 cups almond flour

1 cup pumpkin purée

2 large eggs

1/3 cup melted butter or oil

3/4 cup sweetener (I used allulose)

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp pumpkin spice

1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips (for topping)

Anweisungen

How to make it:

1. Blend all ingredients & pour into a greased, lined loaf pan.

2. Top with your chocolate chips and bake @ 350F for 45 mins. (Until a toothpick comes out clean)

3. Take it out, let cool and enjoy!
