Sandra's Chicken Salad Croissants

1 lb cooked chicken or turkey breast, cubed

3 med. celery stalks, diced

1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved

1/2 cup Miracle Whip or light mayonnaise

1-2 tsp milk, for thinning if needed

3/4 tsp curry powder

Anweisungen

Combine cubed chicken or turkey, celery, and grapes in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix Miracle Whip with milk to desired consistency and add curry powder. Stir to combine.

Toss chicken mixture with dressing until evenly coated.

Serve on croissants with green lettuce, if desired.
