High Protein Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Bowl

Ingredients (Makes 4 Bowls)
- 1 ½ (567g) chicken tenderloins, diced 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to season 
Spicy Honey Garlic Sauce:
- ¼ cup (60g) honey 
- 3 tbsp (45g) low-sodium soy sauce 
- 1 tbsp (15g) sriracha 
- 1 tbsp (15g) rice vinegar 
- 1 tbsp minced garlic 
- 1 tsp cornstarch 
Bowl Base:
- 2 cups (280g) cooked jasmine rice (or cauliflower rice for lower carb) 
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced and roasted 
- 3 cups broccoli 
- 2 cups shredded carrots 
Anweisungen
- Slice and dice zucchini and add it to a hot Skillet 
- And add carrots, soy sauce and salt until it's nice and sauteed 
- Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces 
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper and onion powder as well 
- Cook chicken on medium heat until golden brown, remove from heat 
- Add the spicy honey sauce garlic sauce ingredients onto same pan where chicken was . Stir until thick 
- Add chicken to sauce, stir 
- Add ingredients to beol and assemble
