1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-2 inch cubes

3 zucchini’s quartered

1 cup grape tomatoes

1 white or red onion slivered

2 cups of baby potatoes

For potatoes:

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt and pepper

Veggie and chicken marinade:

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp ACV

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp salt and pepper

1/2 lemon juiced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Yogurt vinaigrette:

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp ACV

1/2 lemon juiced

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup feta cheese

Salt and pepper

1 tsp oregano

2 tbsp olive oil

Anweisungen

Bake potatoes at 425 for 15 minutes then add veggies and chicken and bake for 20 minutes
