Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding (1 Serving)

Ingredients
3 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup (120 ml) milk (any type: almond, oat, soy, or dairy)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together cocoa powder, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until the cocoa is fully dissolved.
Add chia seeds: Stir them in well.
Let it rest: After 5 minutes, stir again to prevent clumping.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thick and pudding-like.
Serve: Stir again before eating.

A spoonful of peanut butter or almond butter
Shaved dark chocolate or cacao nibs
