Chia seeds - 1/4th cup

Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup

Desiccated Coconut- 1/2 cup

Honey as per taste

Melted Dark Chocolate

I’ve made a big batch of chia pudding, but, you don’t need that much, Just 1–2 tablespoons of chia seeds a day is plenty to get all the good stuff — fiber, protein, and those healthy omega-3s. So you can make lesser or share :)
