White Chicken Lasagna

2 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, diced/shredded
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
15 ounce container ricotta cheese
2 (15 ounce) jars cheesy alfredo sauce (or homemade)
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon minced garlic
9-12 lasagna noodles, (depending on your slow cooker size)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Dried parsley (optional)
Anweisungen
Preheat oven to 350°
In a bowl, combine Italian cheese blend with ricotta cheese. Mixture will be thick.
In a separate bowl, combine Alfredo sauce with water, Italian seasoning, and garlic
Assemble lasagna layers in a buttered casserole dish:
1/4 of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish
3-4 noodles
1/3 of the chicken
1/3 shredded cheese mixture
repeat above layers 2 more times and top with remaining sauce.
Top with shredded mozzarella and parsley.
Cover with tin foil and bake for ??? Until noodles are soft and cheese is bubbly.
