Cheddar Bay Butter Swim Biscuits

Zutaten

2 ½ cups flour

1 tbs sugar

1 tbs baking powder

1 tsp salt, if using unsalted butter

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

2 tbs fresh parsley (or dried parsley)

1- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups buttermilk

1/2 cup butter

Garlic butter:

3 tbs butter

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tbs fresh parsley (or dried parsley)

Anweisungen

To a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, seasonings n herbs, cheese, & buttermilk. Melt butter & pour into 9x9 baking dish. Add dough, spread out evenly, & cut into 9 squares. Bake @ 400 for 30 min. Brush with garlic butter & enjoy!
