227g Plain Non Fat Greek yogurt

Juice from ½ Fresh Lemon

14g Olive Oil

30g Worcestershire sauce

10g Dijon Mustard

24g Grated parmesan cheese

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

Lemon Basil Chicken Marinade:

1 Lemon

20g Honey

20g Yellow Mustard

1 Tsp Dried Basil

1 Tsp Dried Oregano

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Sea Salt

1 Tsp Black Pepper

½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Salad Ingredients:

300g Romaine

150g Yellow Peppers

150g Orange Peppers

200g Baby Cucumbers

200g Grape Tomatoes

24oz Chicken Breast (weighed raw)

Anweisungen

Flatten your chicken breast and then add to a big ziplock bag. Combine with your honey lemon basic chicken marinade. Marinate for at least an hour

Once the chicken is ready, air fry on 400 degrees F for 9-10 minutes or until internal temp is 165 degrees F.

Next, add all your caesar dressing ingredients into a bowl and mix till smooth.

Now it’s time to put together the caesar salad. Make sure to grab a BIG bowl to mix all this! Add your romaine, peppers, cucumber, grape tomatoes, chicken, and caesar dressing. Toss well and then add some extra parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!

Do highly recommend if this is going to be a meal prep to leave the dressing on the side. Add your salad ingredients (except dressing) to your meal prep containers and then pack the dressing on the side. Then add dressing when it’s time to eat so the romaine and other vegetables don’t get soggy.
