Fried Calamari

Panapesca Calamari Cleaned Whole - 10.6 Oz

Seasoned flour (no black pepper cause it leaves dots)

  • Salt

  • Garlic powder

24 oz Olive oil

1 Lemon

Anweisungen

  1. Thaw squid

  2. Cut into tubes

  3. Dust with flour

  4. Add a few drops of water to flour bowl to make some small clumps (for flakey crust)

  5. Add some more flour to separate the flakes

  6. Re-flour squid with new clumpy flour

  7. Fry in small batches

Notizen

Flour:

  • Use more salt next time

  • Heavy on the garlic powder

  • no white pepper!

They burn really quick!!
