2 cups cheese

Filo pastry (2 sheets per roll)

1kg Mince

250g spinach (or preferred amount)

Salt & pepper

Dukkah ( in mix and for topping)

Egg

Anweisungen

Mix mince, spinach, dukkah, salt n pepper, cheese in a bowl

Place on filo sheets in rough log shape

Wrap like a burrito and use egg wash to hold it together.

Put on baking tray and egg wash on top and sprinkle dukkah

Cook in oven at 200⁰C for approx. 45min

Notizen

Cooking time can vary as we are cooking the mince in the pastry. The bottom should come out a little moist too long will leave it dry.
