Dense Bean Salad with a Miso Dressing So Good That I Literal

Zutaten

to a large bowl chop up and add

bag of Persian cucumbers (about 6)

about 2 cups green cabbage chopped well

5 large carrots (I only had 2 but def add more 😅)

1 bell pepper

1/3 red onion

small pack of fresh chives (about .5 oz)

then rinse and add can of garbanzo beans

for the dressing add the following to a bowl and mix together well

1/8 cup olive oil

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons white miso paste

2 tablespoons tamari

dash of ginger

juice of 1 lime

drizzle dressing over salad

sprinkle on generous amount of sesame seeds and toss all together

store in mason jars in the fridge so you have it ready to go throughout the week!
