Steamed Napa cabbage rolls

Ingredients (1 serving)

10 napa cabbage leaves

150g thinly sliced beef

10 perilla leaves

1 pack enoki mushrooms

1 pack mung bean sprouts

For the dipping sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp allulose (or sugar/honey)

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 stalk green onion

Optional: a small amount of Korean mustard (yeon-gyoja) for an extra kick

Anweisungen

Separate the napa cabbage leaves and blanch them in boiling water until soft.

On each blanched cabbage leaf, place a perilla leaf, a slice of beef, and a few enoki mushrooms. Roll tightly.

Line a steamer with bean sprouts and place the cabbage rolls on top. Steam for 10 minutes.

While steaming, mix all the sauce ingredients together.

Serve the rolls with the dipping sauce.
