Me and my family been craving Korean fried chicken for weeks they kept bugging me to make it and I did. All that time they did begging for me to make it. They could’ve already been had some, but I truly appreciate that they waited.
350F for 2 min rest then 375F for 2min 30 sec

1 Cup Cornstarch
1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Coarse Salt
Korean Sauce -
2 Tbsp Gochujang Paste
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Tbsp Ketchup
3 Cloves Garlic , Minced
2 Tsp Rice Vinegar or Mirin
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame oil
Cabbage Slaw -
1/4 Cabbage Head, thinly Sliced
Half English Cucumber, Sliced
Pinch Salt
1/3 Cup Mayo
Squeeze lemon Juice
