Strawberry & White Chocolate Loaf Cake

Zutaten

115 g butter (room temperature)

150 g sugar

3 eggs

100 g plain 10% fat yogurt

150 g plain flour

1/2 packet baking powder (about 8 g)

1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)

A pinch of salt

150 g strawberries

80 g white chocolate

Beat the butter until creamy, then add the sugar and continue mixing until smooth. Add the eggs and yogurt and mix again until combined.

Anweisungen

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the batter and mix just until everything comes together.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Scatter the strawberries and chopped white chocolate over the top, then gently fold them into the batter, working from the outside toward the center.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for approximately 45–50 minutes and enjoy!🥰
